The SmartElex LSM9DS1 Breakout Board is an advanced 9-DOF motion sensor module that combines a 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, and 3-axis magnetometer in one compact board. It helps detect motion, orientation, and direction, making it perfect for building motion trackers, drones, robots, and navigation systems.
This powerful LSM9DS1 sensor measures acceleration, rotation, and magnetic field data with high precision for accurate movement analysis. The board supports both I2C and SPI interfaces, making it easy to connect with popular microcontrollers like Arduino and Raspberry Pi. Operating on 3–5V, it’s ready to use straight out of the box with included headers and mounting holes for secure installation.
Whether you’re designing a motion detection system or experimenting with a 9-axis orientation sensor, the SmartElex LSM9DS1 offers flexibility, accuracy, and stability for your projects. Features: Built-in 3-axis accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer. Supports both I2C and SPI communication interfaces. Wide input voltage range: 3V to 5V DC. Accelerometer range: ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, ±16g.
Magnetometer range: ±4, ±8, ±12, ±16 gauss. Gyroscope range: 245, 500, and 2000 dps. Compact breakout board with pre-soldered headers and mounting holes.
