These terms apply to your use of Botroniq, operated by Botroniq. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details.
Products and information
- Product photos are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.
- Specifications come from manufacturers and suppliers. Please check voltage, pin-out and compatibility before connecting a component.
- Electronics, batteries, tools and 3D printers must be used with care and according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lithium batteries in particular must be charged and stored safely.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and pincodes, subject to an order value limit.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the pincode is not serviceable, the payment is not completed or we suspect misuse. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded.
Reviews and content you submit
Reviews and questions must be honest and relevant. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for damage caused by incorrect use of a product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office.
