Where we deliver
We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on a product page or at checkout to see whether delivery and Cash on Delivery are available for your address.
Shipping charges
- Standard Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Express Delivery is available for selected pincodes at the rate shown at checkout.
- All prices on Botroniq include GST. Any shipping or Cash on Delivery charge is shown separately at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. Prepaid orders are confirmed once the payment succeeds; Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed when they are placed.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from the courier. Remote locations, public holidays, weather and courier delays can add a few days.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status any time from Track order or from your account.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders we refund the product value after the parcel reaches us; shipping charges may not be refundable. Cash on Delivery orders that are refused repeatedly may make Cash on Delivery unavailable for future orders.
Damaged parcels
If the outer box is visibly damaged or tampered with, please mention it to the courier and write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the product.
