Description

The Waveshare ESP32-S3-Zero Development Board is a compact ESP32-S3 development board designed for IoT, embedded systems, wireless automation, wearable electronics, smart home devices, and custom PCB projects. 11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 (LE) for reliable wireless connectivity.

The board comes with 512KB SRAM, 384KB ROM, 4MB Flash memory, and 2MB PSRAM, giving developers a practical combination of processing power and memory for connected applications. Its compact castellated design and onboard ceramic antenna allow the ESP32-S3-Zero to be soldered directly onto a custom carrier board or PCB.

For hardware expansion, it provides 24 configurable GPIO pins, 4 × SPI, 2 × I2C, 3 × UART, 2 × I2S, and 2 × ADC interfaces. A USB Type-C port supports firmware programming and debugging, while the onboard WS2812 RGB LED, BOOT button, RESET button, and ME6217C33M5G 800mA maximum LDO add useful development features.

The board also supports multiple low-power operating modes, making it suitable for battery-powered and always-connected applications. Features: Powered by a high-performance Xtensa® 32-bit LX7 dual-core CPU that can run at up to 240MHz. 11 b/g/n). Built-in 512KB SRAM and 384KB ROM, as well as stacked 4MB Flash and 2MB PSRAM.

Uses a castellated module (stamp hole) design with an integrated ceramic antenna for easy integration into user-designed baseboards. Supports configurable clock settings, separate module power supply control, and other characteristics for achieving multi-scenario low-power modes. The integrated USB serial full-speed controller provides 24 GPIOs for versatile peripheral design.

The device includes 4 x SPI, 2 x I2C, 3 x UART, 2 x I2S, 2 x ADC, and more peripherals. Pinout Diagram:
