This is a 28YBJ-48 DC 5V 4 phase 5 wire stepper motor with ULN2003 driver board. The 5V DC 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor is a low-cost, high-quality geared stepper motor. Because of the system's stability and reliability, One of the most significant advantages of a stepper motor is its ability to be accurately controlled in an open-loop system. Open loop control means no feedback information about the position is needed.
This type of control eliminates the need for expensive sensing and feedback devices such as optical encoders. Your position is known simply by keeping track of the input step pulses. The pack includes the ULN2003 Stepper Motor Driver, which is a Mini Stepper Motor Driver. The main function of the ULN2003 is to amplify the control signals from the Arduino so that they can be used to drive the 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor.
