Without a heat sink, the maximum current is 5A, with a peak current of 10A for 10 seconds. One brushed DC motor with bidirectional control. Current limiting at 5 amps. Overvoltage lockout. PWM frequency is up to 32 kHz. Supports TTL PWM from the microcontroller. Internal thermal shutdown. Undervoltage lockout. Drive four externally powered NMOS transistors using PWM and direction control. 3V and 5V logic level inputs
