75mm eABS+HS 3D Printing Filament Black Color 1kg is a high-performance 3D printer filament designed for makers, engineers, and professionals seeking reliable and fast printing results. 75mm ABS filament features a modified eABS+HS formulation that offers significantly lower shrinkage and enhanced interlayer adhesion, reducing the chances of warping and cracking during printing.

Its low VOC composition generates less odor, creating a more comfortable printing environment. Optimized for high-speed 3D printing, this 1kg black filament maintains excellent print quality even at faster print speeds.

After printing, the models can be acetone polished to remove visible layer lines and achieve a smooth, premium finish, making it an ideal choice for functional prototypes, engineering parts, and high-quality 3D printing projects.

Features: Based on the ABS material, eSUN ABS+HS has less shrinkage and better interlayer bonding than standard ABS material, resulting in higher interlayer strength and less cracking in the printed model compared to the previous ABS+.

eSUN ABS+HS is compatible with high-speed printers including AnkerMake M5, Bambu Lab X1/P1P, Creality K1/K1 MAX, Flsun V400, Raise3D Pro3/RMF500, and others, resulting in faster printing performance. Compared to earlier ABS, eSUN ABS+HS has greater heat resistance and heat distortion temperature of up to 89℃, making it suited for high-temperature circumstances.

It has a lesser odor when printing since it contains fewer volatile organic compounds. eSUN ABS+HS can be used in several fields including machinery, molds, toys, vehicles, and electrical appliances. And, being an ABS material, it has good hardness and balanced mechanical qualities, making it ideal for structural printing. eSUN ABS+HS is ideal for polishing prints.

Unlike ABS+, eABS+HS can be polished with acetone, which dissolves the surface layer grit for chemical polishing.
