The 7Semi LM73100 5A Ideal Diode Protection Module is a compact and efficient power protection board designed for reverse polarity protection, reverse current blocking, and power path management. 3V to 20V input voltage range and load currents of up to 5A.

Unlike traditional diode-based protection circuits, the ideal diode design helps minimize voltage drop and power loss while automatically allowing current to flow in the forward direction and blocking unwanted reverse current. The module also features adjustable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage lockout (OVLO) protection for improved system safety.

A Power Good output provides convenient power-status feedback, while the IMON current monitoring pin can be used for system diagnostics and control. It is well suited for battery-powered electronics, embedded systems, robotics, IoT devices, industrial power systems, backup power circuits, and power multiplexing applications. 3 and 20 volts. manages a constant current of up to 5A.
