The 7Semi BSS138 4-Ch I2C Bi-directional Logic Level Converter Breakout is a compact and reliable logic level converter module designed to bridge communication between devices operating at different voltage levels. 8V to 10V, this bi-directional voltage level shifter uses BSS138 MOSFETs along with integrated 10K pull-up resistors to ensure smooth and stable signal transmission in both directions.
3V and 5V devices such as microcontrollers, sensors, and communication modules. In addition to I2C, it also supports TTL serial and slow SPI communication (<2MHz), offering versatility in embedded and IoT projects.
With 4 independent channels, a fully assembled PCB, and included 6-pin headers, this module simplifies prototyping and integration, making it an essential tool for developers working with mixed-voltage electronics systems. Features: I2C-Safe Design: Enables bidirectional data flow and secure communication in I2C applications. 8V and as high as 10V.
