Description

The 12V Mini Police Siren is a compact, high-volume alarm device designed to add a clear and attention-grabbing warning sound to electronics, security and DIY projects. With a minimum sound level of 120dB and a 12V DC operating voltage, it provides a significantly louder alert than a conventional buzzer, making it suitable for applications where an audible warning needs to be easily noticed.

Its compact 57mm × 49mm form factor and clamp-type mounting make installation convenient in small project enclosures, vehicles and security systems. The siren uses a 2-wire, 150mm lead for straightforward connection to a suitable 12V power source or switching circuit.

The 12V Police Siren can be used for home security systems, vehicle security, intruder alarms, burglar alarms, fire-warning projects and DIY electronic alert systems. It can also be controlled from Arduino , ESP32 or NodeMCU-based projects when used with an appropriate relay, MOSFET or other suitable switching circuit.

The microcontroller should control the switching device rather than powering the 12V siren directly from its GPIO pin.
