Description

2KHz card-compatible read-only tags and read/write a card. It can be applied in office/home security, personal identification, access control, anti-forgery, interactive toy, and production control systems.

This module is easy to use, serial port connects to Arduino MCU after power-up when the RFID card enters into the card reading range, this module will send the card number to Arduino by UART You can further connect the relay Arduino shield to your Arduino in order to enable the simple door keeper controlling system.

RFID or Radio Frequency Identification system consists of two main components, a transponder/tag attached to an object to be identified, and a Transceiver also known as an interrogator/Reader. A Reader consists of a Radio Frequency module and an antenna that generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field. Also check 125KHz RFID Reader TTL Module available on Botroniq.

It operates at an operating voltage of 5V DC and has a frequency of 125 kHz. The module is designed for various applications, including access control, time and attendance, asset management, handheld readers, immobilizers, and other RFID-enabled applications. It features a proximity RFID reader with a serial and TTL interface, making it easy to integrate with microcontrollers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

Also check RFID Reader Serial . The RFID Reader Serial is a device that can be used to read RFID tags. It has a range of about 6cm. It operates at 5v with 500ma of current. The RFID Reader Serial is best suited for applications in access control.
